Of course the book will be available at the retreat site.

Speakers have 15 minutes. 3 minutes are alotted to questions (and changing speakers).

Instructions to speakers: Please bring your presentation on a CD or memory stick. Things will go more smoothly if we can easily access all of the presentations from the same computer. The computer will be an IBM Thinkpad running Windows XP and Microsoft PowerPoint 2003. You can load your talk during one of the breaks or between 8:15-8:50 AM. You can briefly preview your talk on that computer and make any necessary minor revisions if there is time. You can use your own laptop only if our projector can pick up the signal without restarting.

Posters can be mounted on tripods. We will provide tripods and posterboards (4 ft. wide) like those pictured below.

tripods for your poster
posterboards for mounting your poster (on tripod)

The retreat organizing committee is Heven Sze, Steve Mount, Dan Stein, Jo Resnick and Adrienne Kish.
