Biology Professor to Study Effects of Noise from Offshore Pile Driving on Fish
Dr. Arthur N. Popper will conduct the first study on the effects of high intensity sounds from pile driving and other activities associated with the construction of bridges, piers, and alternative energy facilities on a variety of fish species.
