Areas of TrainingThe MOCB Program offers training in an extensive number of areas. Seventy Five faculty members participate in the program, and most of them are located at College Park. Eight of our members are at the Center for Advanced Research in Biotechnology in Rockville (approximately 20 miles north of College Park) and five are at the National Institutes of Health campus in Bethesda (about 15 miles west of College Park). The laboratories and core equipment in the units associated with the program offer students extensive facilities for conducting state-of-the-art research in almost all aspects of cell and molecular biology.Below is a list of areas of training that we offer.
